You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an estimate. You agree not to misuse it, including scraping at a rate that burdens our servers, attempting to break security, submitting false contact information, or using our forms to send spam.

Prices, timelines, and availability described on this site are general information, not an offer. A binding price comes only from a written proposal signed by both you and Canton Roofing Co. Proposals may be revised if hidden damage, decking rot, code requirements, or scope changes turn up once work starts, and we will tell you before that work is done.

We help document damage and can meet your adjuster on the roof. We are not a public adjuster, an attorney, or an insurance company, and nothing on this site is legal or insurance advice. Your carrier decides what it approves. Georgia law prohibits waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible, and we will not do it.

Any workmanship warranty referenced on this site applies only as written in your signed contract, and manufacturer material warranties are issued by the manufacturer under their own terms. Warranty coverage can be voided by later work performed by others, unrepaired structural issues, neglect, or damage from new storm events.

By submitting a form or calling us, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

When you give us your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from Canton Roofing about your estimate, inspection, and project. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers collected for messaging with third parties for their own marketing.

Canton Roofing carries general liability insurance coverage and works under applicable Georgia and Cherokee County permitting requirements. Certificates of insurance and permit details for your project are available on request before work begins.

For contracts signed at your home, Georgia and federal rules generally give you three business days to cancel in writing after signing. Your signed contract states the exact cancellation terms, how to deliver notice, and any deposit handling. If you are unsure how to cancel, call us and we will walk you through it.

Project photos are representative of the type and quality of work we perform. Text, graphics, logos, and photos on this site are owned by Canton Roofing or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Reviews and testimonials reflect the experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee that you will get the same result.

We work to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error free, and we may change or remove content at any time. The site is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent Georgia law allows.

To the extent permitted by law, Canton Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the roofing work itself under your signed contract or under Georgia law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Cherokee County, Georgia.
